Worst customer service ever

I have place an order on 08/09/22 this order was not received and a credit was supposed to be issue. I was told that credit was issue 08/26. I have called my bank and they haven't receive any refund. As of now I'm calling every week an no one can give an explanation why this credit have not been received. The only answer I get is to wait. I have been waiting for over a month now. I need an answer NOW

Return policy on sanitary products

Went to return substandard BJs garbage bags( all the 4 I pulled out ripped at the seam.
I was told at the returns section that BJs does not take back sanitary products once opened.
What is our recourse? Live with torn garbage bags or throw them????😡

I was coming to BJ's to get a few things I needed and as I was shopping I noticed the clearance tables and started looking thru the items. I had a question about a price on a jacket that was on the table and I went to look for an employee. As I approached this lady I seen her make eye contact with me so I thought the conversation would be inviting but as I got closer and I went to ask her about the correct price of the jacket she completely ignored me. I proceeded to ask again because I thought she maybe did not hear me but she completely just ignored me again. I just felt like she was really rude after that. I honestly wanted to say something else to her but I decided to just let it go and read her badge and make a review. Her name was Yvone. Luckily you had other FRIENDLY employees willing to help so I left the store some what happy.

Ordering special cake

Leslie, in Bakery was extremely helpful, polite, and patient with all my questions about ordering a cake on line. For this reason I'll will order all my cakes from Bjs instead of Costco or Krogers from now on. Thank you Bjs for hiring her she is definitely an asset to your company

Hidden service!

I want to complain about the BJ's service. Me and my husband are very disappointed, we are new for BJ's and didn't know about the membership cards and imagine our surprise when at the checkout our assistant told us that we need to buy a membership for at least 55$ or we will be additionaly charged 20% of our cheque. What a hidden service?? We didn't know about that and If knew - selected maybe another shop. Besides we stopped the whole line with people.
Now we think about choosing another one shop despite of membership!! Awerful! Now I'm thinking of reccomendation to my friends or not.

I went in to price tires. One client was engaged in casual banter with the seated Attendant.who did not say anything to me for at least five minutes. Then, he said matter of factly "I"ll be with you in a few minutes. The tire bays were empty except for the one car whose owner was reacting in alarm that the tires were not put where he wanted them on the car.
There was no sense of urgency whatsoever.
I worked thirty years in Customer Service and saw Red Flags all over the customer service here. First, stand. People get the idea that maybe you're a little more casual than you should be while people are waiting.
After another seven minutes, I left. No wonder they aren't doing much business at this location. Local tire shops have nothing to worry about.

Promotes racism

Apparently BJ’s in Northborough is okay with openly people standing outside their store petitioning against undocumented individuals. I’m beyond disappointed that BJ’s would allow something like this - racism is NEVER acceptable. There’s no justification for it. I would give them zero star’s if it allowed me to!

Damaged and Irregular goods

They don't tell people that you are actually buying damaged/irregular goods and that is the only reason we get a discount for bulk items!!! Both BJs and Sam's Club are complicit in this lie!!! More than once I have purchased items that were irregular or damaged!

You aren't getting a discount because you are buying in bulk! It's because a lot of the items are damaged and/pr irregular! They should be honest about it!!
